CurrClcik Online Lego Club - Free

Hello Lego Club Families!
September's theme is the Army and we will be building a Humvee!

The dates of the September LEGO Club meetings are the 9th, 16th, and 23rd at 3:00pm CST.
**We will not be meeting on September 2nd in observance of Labor Day in the United States.  Choose the date that best fits your family's schedule.  All meetings are identical and will all revolve around the same monthly theme, have the same lesson and construct the same build.  In order to give as many people as possible the opportunity to attend a live LEGO Club meeting, I ask that you only attend one live session per month.  All meetings will be recorded and will be available to view within 24 hours of the meeting's end to view at your convenience.

The link to the September LEGO Club meeting room is listed on the LEGO Club page on CurrClick Live.  Simply log into your account to access the links and enter the classrooms.
**Please note that Adobe Connect rooms will only allow 100 participants, so these meetings are first come, first enter. The room will open to participants at 2:45pm CST.  If the class is full, you should see a message that tells you that the room is full.  Since this is a free club, there is no way to guarantee that you will have a spot in the class.

**The supply list can also be found on the LEGO Club page of CurrClick Live in the September 2013 section (Please use steps below to access it). Please feel free to contact me if you have questions about any of the pieces needed or if you do not have the pieces  needed and are having trouble finding a substitute.  I highly recommend Bricklink.com as a resource for buying individual LEGO pieces.  I have a store on BrickLink that stocks some pieces that can be used for current and past months' builds: http://www.bricklink.com/store.asp?p=easternwind

I have also included a BrickLink Order Planning Form should you choose to order needed pieces off BrickLink.  This sheet is handy for tracking which stores you will be ordering particular pieces from.

You can access your CurrClick Live account by following these steps:
1. Log into your account on www.CurrClick.com
2. Go to your "My Account" page
3. Scroll down to "My Student Profiles" and click on the "Enter CurrClick Live as..." for the student that is enrolled in LEGO Club.  Click on your main student profile if neither of your students are enrolled.  If you have not set up individual profiles for each of your students, I strongly encourage you to do so.  You can do this by clicking on the "Manage Student Profiles" under the "My Student Profiles" section of your "My Account" page.  Click on the "Add Profile" button in the lower right hand corner and fill out the form.  Each student needs to have their own email account in order to have a student profile.  Once you are done, you can enroll your interested students in LEGO Club again by clicking on the Add to Cart and going through the check out process again.  When you go through the checkout process, you will be able to enroll m! ultiple students in LEGO Club at the same time.
4. Once you get into CurrClick Live, click on the My Home link on the left hand side navigation bar.  There you should see a list of the classes you are enrolled in.
5. Click on LEGO Club for Homeschoolers.
6. Scroll down to the September 2013 and look for the September 2013 Supply List.  Click on the link and the document will launch on its own.

Kits are available for this month.  I have included an informational sheet on the kit that outlines the price, the pieces included, the pieces that are not included, if any (that you would need to provide).  On this informational sheet is a picture of the completed build as well as any other information that applies to that particular kit. You can find the informational sheet on this month's kit at this link:http://www.currclick.com/images/site_resources/September 2013 Kit Information Sheet.pdf

**These kits are optional to buy.  As always, you are never required to purchase anything to participate in LEGO Club.  You are welcome to use your own LEGOs as usual.  These kits are meant to provide a way for those with smaller LEGO collections to participate in LEGO Club or for those who choose not to!! dig through their LEGO collection for these pieces.
Orders for September kits are now open!  Orders placed before August 9 will be able to receive their kits before the first meeting in September.  Orders placed after August 9 will receive their kits within 2-3 days of shipment.

Here's what you need to know about ordering LEGO Club kits:
  • They include all the pieces on the supply list except for any baseplates or pieces as noted on informational sheet.
  • Prices vary by kit and are based on the price of individual LEGO pieces which can vary greatly due to availability, color, and whether they are specialty pieces or not.  All kit prices include shipping within the United States.  International shipping is extra.
  • I take payment by PayPal although if you can't do PayPal, let me know and we can work something out.
  • I ship to the United States within 1-2 business days.  For international address, I hold the shipment until I can get shipping charges and delivery time frames.
  • Purchase of this kit is not required, it is an optional convenience.
  • Your kit will be shipped to you in a padded envelope or box for safety of contents.
  • Payment can be delayed until kits are ready to ship out.  Kits will ship via USPS Priority Mail (2-3 day service).  Kits that have been paid for will ship the week of August 26, 2013.
I also have kits available from past LEGO Club builds.  Here are the links to the information sheets for those kits as well:
