National Gallery of Art Teen Studio

TEEN STUDIO (GRADES 10—12)


October 11 and 18 from 10:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
Education Studio
Online registration for both sessions begins at noon on Wednesday, October 1.


Spend a Saturday at the Gallery looking at works of art, experimenting with studio materials and techniques, and meeting other teens who are interested in art! Visit the exhibition Andrew Wyeth: Looking Out, Looking In and experiment with color-mixing techniques.

Led by artists and museum educators, each five-hour workshop includes an interactive tour in the galleries, group conversation, art instruction, and open studio time to experiment with materials and techniques. Lunch and all materials are provided.
