March Special Event Reminder: Come out for the
Environmental Film Festival also held at the National Wildlife Visitor Center
on Saturday,
March 22nd from
11:00am-3:00pm. The Friends of Patuxent
and the
Environmental Film Festival in the Nation's Capital
present environmental films with special guest speaker Steve Huy from Project
SNOWstorm, a live owl display and more!
Featured Films: Return Flight: 11:00 am and Magic of the
Snowy Owls: 1:00 pm No registration required.
The Visitor Center is located on Powder Mill Road between
the Baltimore-Washington Parkway and Rt. 197.
