Hearth Cooking and 
Family Program: "Build It"
Saturday, October 11  Hearth Cooking

Family Program - 10:00am to 4:00pm

Watch re-enactors cook colonial style foods over an open fire in the Lord Mayor's Tenement.  There's always something interesting being cooked up.

"Build It! Colonial Construction"

This will be the official Grand Opening of our new Carpenter Shop! 

Get your hands dirty and learn about how some the buildings here in London Town were built.  Tools will be used, structures will be built, and fun will be had!
Programs included in regular admission.


Charm City Yoga
Sundays in October 
October 5, 12, 19, 26 
10:00 am - 11:00 am

Bring your yoga mat and enjoy the serene setting in our ornamental garden. Charm City Yoga instructors will lead these sessions. 

Free yoga sessions open to the public.


Militia Muster
Saturday, November 1,  
10:00 am to 4:00 pm
& Sunday, November 2,  
Noon to 4:00 pm

Join the residents of Anne Arundel County as they partake in the annual militia muster. The re-enactors will have clothing and equipment reflective of the period.  Learn about colonial weapons and life and maybe practice some drilling, too.

Program included in regular admission.

Shhh! We're calling all spies to come learn about secret codes and disguises.  If you think you have what it takes to be a spy in colonial times, come on down.

Muddy Creek Artists Guild
Holiday Art Show
Thursday,  November 20 through Sunday, November 23

Come experience 300 years of arts and fine crafts. The Muddy Creek Artists Guild Annual Holiday Show will be held in the Visitor Center and Pavilion Buildings.

Show Hours:
Thursday, 11/20 10:00 am to 5:00 pm
Friday, 11/21 10:00 am to 6:00 pm
Saturday, 11/22 10:00 am to 5:00 pm
Sunday, 11/23 12:00 pm to 5:00 pm

Art show admission is free.
Regular admission fees and hours apply for Historic London Town and Gardens.


Colonial Fall Fair

Experience life in a colonial Chesapeake town.  Costumed interpreters will cook in our Lord Mayor's Tenement and interact with visitors on-site and in the William Brown House. Colonial games and activities will be available for children.

Native American Appreciation Day
Friday, November 28
10:00am to 4:30pm

Don't want to brave the shopping malls? Have family in town and need to entertain them?
Join us for a day of Native American dances, open hearth cooking of Native American inspired food, story time and arts & crafts activities.
