Rd, Mitchellville, MD).
Here is the line up:
1)Michele Herring (overview with a focus on MD state graduation requirements and transcripts...I have interviewed 2 admissions officers from local colleges and one Dean)
2)Sam Fatzinger (concurrent enrollment with community college)
3)Ann-Marie Gorman (Homeschool at home all 4 years)
4)Carl Goode (SAT and ACT specialist and info about what colleges are looking for as well as how to prepare for the exam)
We will have a Q&A time too.

Monthly Homeschool Workshops
Third Thursday of the month, September–May, 1:15–3:30 p.m.
Members: $5 per child, per workshop
Non-members: $8 per child, per workshop
Registration for the 2013-2014 Workshop Series will begin on August 1, 2013. Registration forms must be received by the Friday before the workshop. Phone registrations will not be accepted.
Explore the Walters through workshops designed exclusively for homeschool students. New this year, students ages 13-16 are invited to participate in our monthly workshop series! Participants enjoy an introduction to the museum, a guided tour, studio activity, and post-visit materials. Learn more about the exciting topics we will explore this school year and register online by clicking on the appropriate session and age group below. You may also download and mail/fax your completed registration form pdf. Registration form (PDF) Emailed or faxed registration forms will be confirmed via e-mail within (2) two weeks of receipt.
