The National Children’s Museum is an interactive museum for children, serving the Washington, D.C. metro area. In 2003, the United States Congress designated NCM as the only national museum dedicated entirely to children and their families. Designed primarily for children age 8 and under, the National Children’s Museum aims to inspire children to care about and improve the world through interactive play and learning.
