We’re hosting two events this year on Saturday, May 18th
and Sunday, May 19th (10 am-2 pm)
A front gate pass is required for your entire family to drive
onsite, $5 per vehicle.

Events will be similar each day, but will include:

Meeting Smithsonian
researchers and learning about their science in hands-on activities.

Seining, crabbing,
or visiting an oyster bar community.
·
Taking a one hour
boat ride on the Richard Lee, into the Rhode river, $5/person.
·
Listening to music.
·
Getting your face
painted.
·
Bring your own lunch
or pre-order a lunch from Panera and have a picnic.
·
Watch a K-9 search
and rescue demonstration (Saturday only).
·
Visit with friendly
farm animals (Sunday only).
·
Create an Earth
friendly craft.
